A peaceful courtyard home of about 60m2 in two floors awaits its new residents in Puuhuvila, located along the idyllic Reposaari Marina Park. (The floor area is approximately 60m2, part of the home has low space in the upper floor under the roof slopes) The home features two small private terraces on the courtyard side, a porch, a kitchen-living room combination, a bathroom, an electrically heated sauna, a dressing room and lower space upstairs suitable for two sleeping areas. The home is peaceful due to its location and the neighbors are nice, as is common on the island. The rent for the home is 595 euros/month, water fee advance 24 euros/person/month (adjusted biannually according to consumption), and the tenant's own electricity contract and home insurance are required. The deposit is a monetary deposit of two months' rent to the landlord's account, i.e., 1190 euros. Please note that we do not use Qasa agreements, non-collateral agreements, Kela securities, etc. Puuhuvila is a log house from the 1800s that was renovated into homes in 2004. The home's heating is managed by an old functioning tiled stove, an air heat pump, and additionally electric radiators and underfloor heating - whichever combination suits you best. Our house is non-smoking and this home is also pet-free due to the original old wooden floor (kitchen-living room), and unfortunately due to allergies, cats cannot live in our homes.
