We are looking for a calm and reliable person for a large, bright room with a walk-in closet and green view. It's important to communicate and respect each other, be pleasant in daily life. Not for those with fur allergies or very picky people; here live sometimes cat&dog&birds. 'We' are mom, older children 22 and 16 who partly study in another city, partner living separately, and a tidy lodger with an interest in art and experience in sharing common areas with others. During the summer, I will mostly be in the summer house, and during the fall, I'll be commuting, so lodgers and young ones will have to manage daily life together. Hornstull is central, but calm. In the immediate vicinity, there are cafes, parks, theater, music, a block from subway & buses, grocery stores, mall.
