We are renting out an apartment of 90 square meters, available from mid-February until the summer of 2026, with the possibility of extension. Access according to the agreement. The accommodation includes: 3 bedrooms: one with a 210-bed and walk-in closet, one with a 180-bed, and a combined office with a guest bed of 90cm. 2 living rooms 2 separate entrances with individual halls 2 bathrooms, one of which is larger and completely renovated with a washing machine and bathtub 1 laundry room combined with a kitchenette Large kitchen with a dishwasher. 2 floors 2 south-facing balconies with a view over Renfjället 2 sofa beds Plenty of wardrobes and storage One guaranteed parking spot (access to two parking spots during certain periods of the year) 200m to the ski bus (E14 kurortsvägen) 300m to the health center, House Be, and gym (STC) 500m to Tottliften Walking distance to the village and Coop Rented furnished and with an equipped kitchen. Rent includes wifi, water, garbage disposal, but excludes electricity. We reserve the right to adjust the rent depending on the demand for the accommodation. If you wish to share the accommodation, for example, two couples, you can separate a part with one of the double rooms + bathroom + laundry/kitchenette + own entrance.
