About 1 km to Väskinde elementary school/preschool. The school bus stops outside the villa. In the villa, there are 2 apartments. A smaller one at the front and the larger 5-bed at the back facing the garden with 2 private entrances (one via the veranda). The smaller apartment at the front is used by the owners but is only sporadically occupied during the academic year. Newly renovated bathroom on the upper floor with double shower and double sink as well as washing machine/dryer, separate WC on the ground floor with "makeup corner".
