I am now renting out my condominium in Linköping during my studies in another location. The apartment is a studio with a separate kitchen on the third floor. The kitchen has wallpapered white walls and wooden parquet floors with stainless steel appliances and a white backsplash. The room has white-painted walls and original oak parquet flooring. From the room, there is also access to a balcony with southeast sun and courtyard view. The bathroom has gray tiled floors and white and blue tiled walls. The hallway has white-painted walls and an accompanying walk-in closet. The apartment includes a bike storage and two basement storage rooms, one large and one smaller. Common laundry, drying, and ironing rooms as well as bike storage in the basement. The property and courtyard are kept tidy and neat by the housing cooperative Brigarden, which holds voluntary cleaning days outdoors twice a year for increased neighborliness and community! The residence is located next to Linköping University Hospital and is a 7-minute bike ride to the city center and a 15-minute bike ride to Valla. There are also good bus connections just outside the door. It is close to the gym and the grocery store Stora Coop. Before renting, the tenant must be approved by the housing cooperative Brigarden. The housing cooperative also allows a maximum of 2 years of renting at a time. The rent includes heating, water, and telephone and internet subscriptions. The apartment is unfurnished. The tenant signs their own electricity contract.
