Tätorpsvägen, Skarpnäck

We are renting out our nice townhouse right next to the Nacka reserve in Skarpnäck as we will be moving down to Skåne for a while. The house is on two floors with three bedrooms, a large hall, bathroom and balcony on the upper floor, and kitchen, living room, and bathroom with laundry room on the lower floor. The larger hall on the upper floor has been used as a TV room, but it can also be furnished as an additional bedroom. The house is located on a corner in a row of townhouses and has patios at the front, back, and gable. The front of the house faces a forest slope to the east with morning sun, while the back and balcony face west and therefore have evening sun. Along the gable grow large bushes with red and black currants, but also a large Magnolia that can be seen from the living room window. The area is very child-friendly since the walkways around the houses are car-free. There are several playgrounds in the area as well as preschools and proximity to various primary schools. The proximity to both the Nacka and Flaten nature reserves also makes it perfect for the outdoor enthusiast as there are many walking trails and bathing spots nearby. A garage with a charging box is available in a row close to the house. The house is also close to the subway and several bus lines. It takes about 20 minutes by subway to T-centralen and about 30 minutes by bike. In the area, there are also grocery stores and restaurants.
