There is space for parking three cars, and it is also possible to park for free on Kastanjeallén for 24 hours, just a few meters from the house. The house has a large wooden deck and a lawn in a sheltered garden adjacent to the house. The villa is in newly built condition and is only 800 meters from the Öresund Bridge and 850 meters from Bunkeflostrands shopping center. The area has good bus connections to Emporia, Malmö, and Copenhagen. It takes about ten minutes by bike to the 24-Seven Gym or Friskis & Svettis in Limhamn. You are also close to both ICA, Lidl, and Willys. Here you can walk to viewpoints, jog along the Öresund Bridge, or enjoy the fresh air in Hammarparken, which is about a 15-minute walk away. In just ten minutes by bike, you can also reach the Limhamn's beach. The area is safe and is located in an elongated residential area with proximity to most things. During winter, high electricity prices may mean you pay a few hundred extra kronor. Normal water consumption of 70–100 liters per day and the fiber network are included in the rent. You get access to a room and have access to all common areas such as the shower, washing machine, kitchen, and living room. In practice, you rent 1/5 of the house, as there are at most five tenants living here. I myself live in Vendelsö, south of Stockholm, due to my little daughter and my work. Camera surveillance is present in common areas, hallways, on the yard, and at the parking lot. Recorded material is stored for security purposes and managed according to the current data protection regulation (GDPR). Only authorized personnel have access to the material, which is automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days, unless it is needed longer to investigate incidents or crimes. There are also several minor rules regarding hygiene, maximum noise level, smoking, parties, guests, etc., which you will be informed of and must approve before we sign a rental contract. Room doors will be equipped with digital lock systems opened with fingerprints.
