The residence is shared with the landlord. The landlord lives on the first floor where the common areas are. WC bathtub is on the 2nd floor where the rental room is. There is a guest room that can be used by visitors according to agreement. Nice garden and grill used when convenient. Walking distance to several swimming coves. Very nice to cycle along the bike path that leads into Gothenburg, the west coast trail. Bus direct takes only 20 mins to central parts of Gothenburg. The rent includes broadband and electricity in common areas such as dining areas. Non-smoker wanted and no party person. Renting out because it's nice when someone else also lives in the house now that my children have moved out.
