Do you need a spacious and quiet large apartment or a few rooms because of a work assignment, celebration, plumbing renovation, vacation, or some other reason in Oulu? We offer you a furnished detached house equipped for normal family living, about 4 km from the center of Oulu. The house is rented until the end of September 2026. Short-term rental is possible afterward for the months of October-November. It will be completely available at the beginning of 2027, and rental is also possible for longer-term use. The house is two-storied and in good condition in all respects. When available, the house may be used part of the year for our own and our children's families' use. We rent part or the whole house according to your needs. The house is currently furnished, but you can also bring your own furniture, in which case we will move our furniture elsewhere. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms in addition to the kitchen, living room, sauna facilities, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a WC-bathroom. We do not send pictures of the house online, but it can be visited on-site by agreement. The house has convenient geothermal heating and, in addition, a large, heat-retaining fireplace in the living room. Equipment includes normal permanent residence equipment (washing machines, refrigeration appliances, kitchen equipment, dishes, cleaning tools, etc.). The house has a spacious yard, and there is very little traffic in the area. The bus stop is about 200 m away. There are several shops within a radius of less than a kilometer. All primary school levels and high school are within a radius of just over a kilometer. There is an electrical outlet in the yard for heating a car. The monthly rent for the whole house starts at 1390 euros + electricity, water, and firewood according to consumption. The rental security deposit is the equivalent amount of two months' rent. The landlord signs the electricity and water contracts. The tenant is responsible for the fixed basic charges for electricity and water. The prices for rental periods shorter than a month are agreed upon according to the required spaces and the number of people coming to live. Only the persons mentioned in the contract are allowed to live in the house during the rental period, and the house or part of it cannot be sublet. The tenant must take care of cleaning during use and upon its end or order cleaning separately as agreed.
