The apartment is about 110 m2 with an open floor plan, kitchen and living room in one, two bedrooms on the first floor, and one bedroom and a large walk-in closet in the basement one floor down. Laundry room and storage are available in the basement. A parking space is included in the rent. Fiber/broadband is installed and the tenant signs their own contract with a chosen operator. The monthly rent is 13,345 SEK/month, but we offer a rent discount of 1,350 SEK/month for the first year, which means you then pay 11,995 SEK/month. As a prospective tenant, you must have an orderly economy without payment notes and be able to provide references, preferably from an employer or alternatively from a previous landlord.
