We are looking for a lodger from January 25, 2026. Preferably a commuter or student. We are two adults and a young adult aged 19. The room is 9 m2 and has amenities such as a desk, bed, wardrobe with drawers, and an armchair. There is additional storage in the hallway. Your skylight offers a view towards the city and Ribban, and you have your own entrance on the fifth floor. Bath, toilet, and living room are on your floor, and the kitchen as well as another toilet, living room, and laundry room are on the floor below. Ribborgsborg Beach is 600 m from here and the nearest shop is about 500 m away. Friedhem is a quiet area. We have several buses on Erikslust as well as lines 7 and 12 on Limhamnsvägen.
