Fine rural residence with large spaces. The tenant has access to the whole house except for one bedroom downstairs and one room upstairs. Balcony with roof, air-to-water heat pump. Open fireplace with insert, and there's also a wood burner in the basement for when it's over 20 degrees outside. It will be plowed, but the tenant has to handle some snow shoveling and miscellaneous tasks. Must shovel so the chimney sweep can get on the roof. There is a snow blower available. Close to the big lake, and there is also a spa/bubble bath that I put in the garage during the winter which is included. Possible early rental with closer agreement. Electricity, internet, water, drainage, and chimney sweeping are included in the rent. Buses run 5-10 minutes walking distance from the residence. About 10 km to Östersund center. Renting out due to travel.
