A small garden at the back of the house and perennial areas at the front belong to the apartment. A hundred-year-old piano with fantastic sound is included in the furnishing. Quiet and green area with access to everything. 10-15 min walk to large grocery stores, Campus, school, and a large playground. 2 min to Kvistens preschool and city bus stop.
