I am renting out my allotment garden cottage to someone interested in gardening on a long-term basis. The cottage is 40 m2 with a 600 square meter garden located right next to the beautiful Bulltofta Park. It is within biking distance to the city and the bus stop is five minutes from the cottage. The cottage has summer water supply, meaning water is available from April to October. There is a shower and a compost toilet. Shared flush toilets are available in the area. Otherwise, the cottage is fully equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to gardening tools. The allotment has a living room, kitchen, and shower on the ground floor and a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed upstairs. The cottage has been carefully renovated and I love my allotment garden, so it is very important for me to rent it out to the right person. I will be on parental leave in Stockholm, and I imagine that you who rent will have free hands to cultivate and care for the garden. Two months' deposit required.
