Skarpövägen, Saltsjö-boo

Hi, I'm renting out my apartment as soon as possible since I will be moving in with my partner. The building is in a high-rise area surrounded by a lot of forest and lakes. It's a quiet and pleasant area with many families with children. Buses run around the clock to everywhere in Nacka and Värmdö, as well as direct buses to Slussen. Everything is included in the rent, i.e. electricity, heating, water, and internet. Rental and contract signing, etc. will not be done through Blocket, partly due to rules and requirements for the approval of the agreement and tenant by my housing association.
