Hello! I have a very nice two-room apartment in a quiet centrally located area in Lund with greenery outside. The first picture is of the bedroom that was previously rented out and the second picture of the living room before renovation. The living room is now renovated. I have previously rented out the bedroom and lived in the living room myself. I am now mainly looking for someone who just needs accommodation sometimes or for a limited period. I work in Malmö office hours but also partly from the apartment and need peace and quiet when I work. Please tell me a little about yourself and what you are looking for in your message. In addition to the two rooms, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious hall & kitchen. All expenses are included in the specified rent which is a guideline. The bus stop is just outside the door but it is also only a few minutes’ walk to Lund C.
