We are now looking for a responsible tenant for our pleasant and spacious house with plenty of sunshine hours. The house consists of 7 rooms and a kitchen, 3 toilets, a laundry room, a sauna, and a garage with space for one car. There is a charger for electric cars. The garden is large and inviting, including a generous strawberry patch. Rental conditions: • Rent: 7000 SEK/month • Electricity, garbage collection, and water: Not included and must be arranged with one's own subscription • Internet: Included for the first year, after which the tenant must set up their own subscription • Deposit: One month's rent, refundable upon moving out if the house is in good condition Other: • A credit check will be conducted • Two references are required (relatives are not accepted) • Non-smoking.
