I am looking for a lodger for my 3-room apartment of 90 sqm in Tuve, located on Hisingen. The room is very large, spacious, and also newly painted, about 20 sqm with good storage in the wardrobe, there is also a 160 bed if desired, as well as a desk with a chair. The apartment is large and fresh with lots of space, a large kitchen, and a living room. The rent for the room is 5500: - and it includes electricity, fast wireless internet, TV, kitchenware, etc. The kitchen is large with good spaces and a new stove, there is also a dishwasher. The area is nice and quiet with lots of green spaces and most things are in the square, two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a library, and a bakery. Close to the bus stop and it takes 15 minutes to the city and 10 minutes to Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen, close I have had lodgers before and it has always worked well. I would like to find a calm and orderly tenant. A requirement is that you have an occupation and income either through work or studies. Rental time can be discussed with an agreement but I am thinking of a longer period. There is an opportunity for parking for an extra cost.
