Room for tenant Hello, We are a couple of young retirees who travel a lot and are very rarely at home (almost never). We are looking for a non-smoking female student tenant for our charming 93 m2 apartment in Vasastan starting from August 27th, preferably for 2 semesters, but the living period is open as long as there's no partying and you conduct yourself well. The apartment (3 rooms), built in 1910, is near the School of Business, with high ceilings and close to everything you could wish for. You will have your own bedroom of 11m2 and share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The room is rented furnished with standard furniture such as a sofa bed (140cm), wardrobe, desk with monitor, and office chair. Since we will be away most of the time, you and another tenant will have access to the entire apartment. The rent is 6500 SEK as heat, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included. The deposit is two months' rent, which is refunded upon moving out.
