The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large kitchen, as well as shared bathroom and toilet. 🛏️ The room • About 15 sqm, furnished and with a south-facing window • Access to other shared areas (kitchen and bathroom) • The apartment is cleaned once a week 💡 The rent (5,500 SEK/month) includes: • Water, electricity, and broadband • Access to kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, frying pan, pots, plates, teacups, and glasses • A fine laundry room if you do not want to pay for extra electricity costs. 🚆 Location: • 8-minute walk to Tensta subway (blue line) • 3 minutes to bus 540/514 (Risingeplan) • Walking distance to Kista center • About 19 minutes to T-Centralen • Close to grocery stores, gym, forest walks, and Spånga Church • Parking space available outside the house (450 SEK/month) 🏡 About me: I am a calm woman who both studies and works.
