Hi! I am renting out a room in a 130 m² house in the village of Tjörnarp. The house is only a 4-minute walk from Tjörnarp train station, with good commuting options to Lund, Malmö, Hässleholm, Kristianstad, and Höör. You can also reach Copenhagen in 90 minutes with one train change. The house was fully renovated 4 years ago. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, kitchen, guest toilet, a bedroom with a private bathroom, and a hallway. The second floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. The room for rent is on the second floor. The rooms can be furnished according to the tenant’s needs, either with my furniture or your own. We are a collective of 3 other people, with each living in a private bedroom. There are great opportunities for gardening, and we have already started with a collective vegetable cultivation project. The rent includes everything: heating, cold and hot water, electricity, internet, and parking. I am a 29-year-old man, born in North Macedonia, a psychology student, personal assistant, and self-employed. The other people living here are 31 and 34 years old.
