This yellow, cozy house has two floors. On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. From the kitchen, one can go out to a terrace and to the laundry room. Inside the laundry room, there is a bright sunroom. It's pleasant to sit here in spring, summer, and fall! On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom and a living room with a balcony. Water and garbage collection are included in the rent. Electricity and internet are not included. It is close to groceries, the center, and the train station. It takes about 1 hour by train to Gothenburg. The property is a holiday home, therefore we would like to rent it out when we are not there ourselves.
