Welcome to rent our holiday home. The house is rented furnished as a holiday home or temporary accommodation. The building's frame is from 1896 and was moved to its current location when the house was built 20 years ago. Thus, the house has historical charm with modern standards. Fireplaces and a heat pump make the cabin usable year-round. Fully equipped cabin with space for up to six people spread over 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and fireplace, one has two single beds and one has a single bed. In addition, there is a foldable bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. Old fine fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a Husqvarnaspis for firing. Here you live completely secluded without neighbors and wake up to the sound of birdsong. The cabin includes its own secluded jetty where you can take a dip or a swim in the small cozy forest tarn, 70 meters from the house. From the house, it is possible to cycle 5 minutes to a grocery store and restaurant in Åmmeberg or drive 12 minutes to the summer town of Askersund. Walking distance to Åmmeberg's golf course. Excursions to Tiveden's nature reserve, Pumptrack course in Sänna, or frisbee golf in Zinkgruvan are some other popular excursion destinations. Our family has 3 children aged 7-14 years, for which the cabin is adapted. Trampoline, bicycles, a kayak, and racket sports, etc., are available. On the property, there is also a guest cabin with a family bunk bed and a loft with 3 sleeping places that can be rented additionally on request (not winterized). We rent out the property for the time being as we ourselves do not have time to use it to the extent we would like and do not want it to stand empty.
