The residence is located in a central and quiet area. Very nice neighbors and a beautiful inner courtyard with a barbecue area. I am a 45-year-old woman looking for a new lodger. I have had lodgers for a long time and there have never been any problems. I am happy and positive, want to live a quiet and simple life so I do not want to live with any party animal. I like to exercise, run to second-hand stores and watch movies/series. I think it's important to be straightforward and communicate, I want us both to feel comfortable! 🥰 Looking only for women/non-binary, preferably students.
