The apartment is closest to Västra skogen subway station and is near the Karolinska Institute. Internet and electricity are included in the rent. You can choose whether you want a Japanese mattress to sleep on or a high normal bed at 180 cm. I hardly ever use the kitchen, so you will have the largest part of the apartment to yourself. I work as a gardener and meditation guide. Previously worked as an optician and am a very tidy, clean, and calm person. I get along easily with other people and am looking for a simple tenant who wants a place to rest and relax. The room you will rent has a mirror wall and a whiteboard. Wall-to-wall carpet throughout the apartment. Renting out because I work a lot and am not at home very often, the rent is high so it helps me save when I rent out. If there are two people who want to rent, the rent is then 10,500 SEK.
