The apartment is located on Ullavigatan in Örebro. The apartment is 56 sqm large, with a small dishwasher and balcony available. Heating and water are included in the rent. Electricity and broadband are not included in the rent. The apartment is rented out to one (maximum two) persons. Smoking and pet restrictions apply, as well as no payment remarks. The tenant must be approved by the association. 8 minutes cycling distance to Örebro city center. Good bus connections to Örebro University.
