SHARED TERRACE APARTMENT IN STOCKHOLM A furnished room (pictures no. 8 - 12) plus common spaces will be rented out from January 20, 2027, to a calm, non-smoking, clean, caring and well-behaved person with a decent economy. Must be confirmed. For purely practical reasons I nowadays only rent out to female tenants. This is a 5-piece apartment in central Stockholm distributed on 118 m² with excellent means of communication in all directions. The renting fee amounts to 10 300 SEK and also includes all other shared and furnished living spaces of some 80 m² including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, extra toilet, bicycle room, broadband connection (+ free wifi), cleaning of common spaces and other free services such as soaps, toilet and household paper, dish powder. Cost of electricity also included in the renting fee as well as sheets and towels. Contract will be written with one month notice for both parties, which means that one (1) month’s rent will be paid from the day tenant announces to move out, and also is entitled to stay one month from the day in case the landlord should decide to breach the contract. The contract will be written directly between landlord and tenant, and not through Qasa’s internal service. Please notice that the apartment will be shared between me, the landlord, and yourself.
