Hello! Looking for boarder/lodger for a room in a large 3-room apartment in Vasastan. Bright, fresh, high up in a turn-of-the-century building with an elevator. My daughter has moved out, so her room is now available. I have previously had a resident student and it worked great. I work a lot and do some travel, so I'm not always at home. We share the kitchen, living room and bathroom. The apartment is close to both the School of Economics, the University of Technology, the Karolinska Hospital, etc. The bus to, among other things, the University leaves outside the door. What is included in the rent: WI-Fi, electricity, water, etc. Other arrangements, such as for instance cleaning, we can agree on what suits you.
