Hello! Welcome to this cozy 2-room apartment. A fantastic area 2 minutes from Södervärn and Nobeltorget with good bus connections. A stone's throw to Möllan, Folkets Park & other lovely places places this apartment in a perfectly perfect location. The residence has large windows facing Nobeltorget with very good sound insulation and a bedroom facing the quiet courtyard. Nice easily accessible laundry room with 2 large washing machines and drying cabinet located 2 floors down. I am looking for 1-2 persons who are pet and smoke-free and respect rules and order. The rent includes water, TV, and broadband. Electricity and gas for the gas stove are paid separately and are based on how much you use. The residence is rented unfurnished except for the kitchen table with chairs and shoe/hat rack. If you want your own kitchen table, that's perfectly fine. I rent it out for 12 months initially before a potential extension. Moving can take place as soon as possible and a month's deposit is required upon agreement.
