Electricity, gas, and wifi are included in the rent, which is 4500kr/month + 1 month deposit and 1 month notice applies to both of us. 4 minutes walking distance to the subway (25 minutes to Stockholm City) and to Blackeberg center where there is a Hemköp, library, pharmacy, cinema (lots of other cultural activities), pizzeria, etc. The forest, Lake Mälaren, and swimming areas are around the corner. The apartment is located 1/2 floor up in a quiet area with a nice backyard with many old beautiful trees and a fixed grill area. Free parking on the street outside. Bicycle storage is available.
