Room in a villa near Fruängen's Subway. On the lower floor of our villa with its own entrance, we rent out a 10 sqm room. The room has a bed, desk, and a wardrobe. On the lower floor, there is a separate kitchen with its own fridge/freezer, bathroom, and washing machine shared with other tenants. Since the accommodation is shared by other tenants, we are only looking for a male tenant. The accommodation is suitable for ages 18-30 years. The room is only rented to non-smokers. The rent for the room is 4300 SEK/month. This includes Wifi, electricity, heating, water, and garbage collection. A deposit of one month's rent is required in connection with the rental. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with a bus stop just outside the property. By bus, it takes 3 minutes to Fruängen subway station or 17 minutes to Älvsjö commuter train station.
