Grunsbo, Frändefors

I will need to rent out my house for about 1 year starting from July. The house is located outside Frändefors, on the way to Uddevalla. Trollhättan, Uddevalla, Vänersborg, and Mellerud are within a 30-minute drive from the house. The plot is about half an hectare with a wood shed and some storages. Wood stove and fireplace in use are available. There is a hall, a living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom, as well as another smaller room that can be considered a bedroom and 2 storage spaces on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are 3 rooms, two of which are bedrooms and one room that becomes somewhat of a hall on the upper floor. Car The rental can be for a longer time, but something that needs to be discussed. The house will eventually be sold. Will be rented out indefinitely. With 3 months' notice from both parties. The indoor pictures are from the prospect when I bought the house 4 years ago. Little has changed, but basically, it looks almost the same. It's easiest to come and take a look, as it will be easier to explain then. The pictures are mostly to get an idea of the rooms. The rent is 10,000 SEK per month and it includes waste collection and insurance. Electricity, internet, heating, and so on are not included.
