We are now renting out our nice cottage located on the same property as our own house. It is situated in the scenic Gladö kvarn in Huddinge, within walking distance to the bathing area at Kvarnsjön, just 6 km to Huddinge Centrum, 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest bus stop, serviced by the 744 which runs every half hour. Only 30 minutes to Stockholm city center. The cottage/house is 55 square meters, with a large bedroom, a private outdoor veranda with evening sun, and a private patio at the front. Access to 1 parking space on the property. Rented unfurnished except for two TVs and a large, spacious double wardrobe. Note! There is a small staircase up to the house. Equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, heat pump, fireplace for wood burning. Rent 10,200 SEK/month excluding electricity. Electricity is not included in the rent; it is added on a monthly basis according to consumption and readings from a separate electricity meter. Included in the rent = parking space, waste collection, and municipal water. We hope you are a maximum of two adults without children, pets, and non-smoking, and are interested in renting long-term. You should have a stable financial situation and can provide good references.
