Grindtorpsvägen, Täby

A well-planned two-room apartment in Grindtorp, Täby, on the 5th floor with a southern exposure and large balcony. 10 minutes' walk to Täby Centrum, where basically everything is available and also the Roslagsbanan that takes you to Stockholm East in 18 minutes. The apartment is bright and nice and is rented out partially furnished. A modern laundry room is in the same entrance so you can just take the elevator down. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. Otherwise, internet, parking space outside the entrance, electricity, heating, and water are included. The courtyard is fantastically beautiful and well-maintained, with lots of greenery and many places to sit, and there is also a barbecue area available. For those who appreciate nature, there are both forest environments and an inner archipelago nearby for walks and swimming. My intention is to rent the apartment for a year (as I am testing a cohabitation in another location) with a possible extension. Gym and sauna are also available in the association which you can access for a small fee.
