Room for rent in an apartment in Kärrtorp – close to nature and city. I live in the apartment part-time, which means you have your own access most of the time. I’m looking for a tenant for a furnished room in my nice apartment in Kärrtorp, just 10 minutes by subway or a 15-minute bike ride to Södermalm. The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet building with trees outside the window – a green and peaceful environment close to both city and nature. You can reach the subway in a 7-minute walk, and the trip to Södermalm takes 10 minutes. I live in the apartment part-time, and we share it in the following way: * You rent the large bedroom (12 sqm) furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelves, and an armchair. * I use the smaller bedroom when I’m there. * We share the kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and living room. * The kitchen is a simple working kitchen that is small but functional. There’s a stove, oven, microwave, sink, and kitchen equipment, but no dishwasher. * The bathroom has a bathtub. * There’s a laundry room and a bicycle room in the building. * We share the living room by it being mine when I’m home and yours when I’m not home. The apartment has a layout that allows us to easily live together without disturbing each other. You have direct access to the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom from your room without going through the living room. All rooms have doors that can be closed. When I’m not home (which is part of the time), you have access to about 50 sqm all by yourself. When I’m there, you have access to about 25 sqm of space. About the area: Kärrtorp is a quiet and scenic area with proximity to the Nacka reserve, perfect for walks, runs, or swimming in one of the nearby lakes. Within walking distance, you’ll find: * Two grocery stores * Several cafes and restaurants nearby * Gym, outdoor gym, and yoga studio * 700 meters to the subway * 15 minutes to cycle to the city (Södermalm) Other: * Electricity, water, and broadband are included in the rent.
