3 rooms in Hammarby Sjöstad with lake view Due to work abroad, we are renting out our apartment, fully furnished with design furniture, for a year with the possibility of extension. The apartment is located in Sickla Udde by the water, in a very quiet area with waterfront promenades. Good connections with the light rail from Luma station or with the scenic commuter boat to Nybroplan in the city in about 40 minutes. There is also a free boat from Luma to Södermalm in 10 minutes. The apartment has a spacious living/dining room with large windows, a balcony, and an unobstructed view of Hammarby Lake, Sofia Church, and Södermalm. The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa from Fredericia Furniture (model Calmo), a coffee table from Stalands, and a bookshelf and TV bench from Bolia. The kitchen is modern with cabinets from Marbodal, a sandstone countertop, an oven, and a microwave from NEFF. The two bedrooms are bright with large windows. One of the bedrooms has a full-sized built-in wardrobe and a continental bed from Viking Beds of Sweden (electrically adjustable). The smaller bedroom is furnished as an office with a sofa bed. The bathroom is spacious with built-in cabinets, a washing machine, dryer, and underfloor heating. In the hallway, there are full-sized wardrobes. The monthly fee is included in the rent and covers: Internet (Bahnhof fiber) TV (Tele2 base) Electricity and hot water (normal consumption) Please note that storage in the cellar is not included.
