Ettans väg, Färentuna

A cozy summer cottage from the late 1800s. All surfaces were renovated in 2019, and the entire kitchen was replaced that same year. A recreational home with a large plot and the opportunity for growing edibles and flowers. Very rural but 30 minutes by car from Brommaplan. It is also possible to get here by public transport with a bus from Brommaplan. Ten minutes walk to Coop and a fifteen minute walk to a small nice swimming area. There are electric radiators and a new fireplace insert in the open fireplace. One bedroom with a bed and a living room with a sofa bed, rocking chair, table, chairs, dresser, and cabinet. All surfaces were renovated in 2019. The floors were sanded and oiled the same year, and a new stove and fridge with a freezer compartment were acquired. The cottage has summer water from April to October. It is possible to fetch water in a container from Ettans väg 2 during the winter. A new outdoor shower was installed in 2019, and the dry toilet got a new barrel and was repainted inside that same year. It is a recreational house that is wonderful to live in during the summer and to continue visiting on weekends throughout the autumn and winter.
