The room is rented out furnished with a sofa bed (which folds out to a 140cm bed), TV, and some storage. In addition to the room, you will have access to a kitchen and bathroom, both with a shower and a bathtub. A laundry room is available in the building, the apartment is on the fifth floor, and there is an elevator. I am looking for a female tenant, preferably a student or someone who commutes weekly. A prerequisite for renting is that you are sober, drug-free, and pet-free. I, who am renting out, lead an active life and appreciate peace and quiet at home, so I keep things orderly and ensure a homely environment in the apartment. I am renting out the room due to changing circumstances. For you, as the tenant, to enjoy living here, you need to be an orderly and independent person. Moving in can take place immediately after the contract is signed. The contract will be written with one month's mutual notice period.
