The house has two floors and the apartment is on the second floor. The residence consists of five rooms and a kitchen and two bathrooms. Water, broadband, and electricity are included in the rent. The bus stop is close to the house, and buses run frequently. Nice bike paths to all parts of Uppsala and about 15 minutes cycling distance to the city center. The residence is very close to the shopping center (Willys, Ica Maxi, Rusta, Nordic Wellness, Pong, Lindex, Multimat, library, health center) in Stenhagen. I have cats, and I only rent to girls/women. A month's rent is required as a deposit and will be refunded upon moving out.
