The perfect accommodation in the heart of Åsa with direct access to Åsa Havsbad/Sörvik. This idyll is located with its own entrance on a small plot just a few minutes' walk to several bays and beaches, an ICA grocery store, simple restaurants, and a bakery, etc. Enjoy the cliffs and the sea, or get to the center of Gothenburg in just 40 minutes by car or 30 minutes by train. The Atterfall house is centrally located in the heart of Åsa with a unique location where you can reach several bays and beaches in just a few minutes by foot. The house shares a plot with our (the owner's) residence, but you won't be disturbed by this as the plot is divided so you have your own little garden to relax in, and the house has an unobstructed view of the sea to the west. Within walking distance, there are also several playgrounds, a football field, tennis courts, an ice cream café, simple restaurants like Thai and two pizzerias, mini golf, a gas station, a grill, a candy store, a clothing store, and more. The Atterfall house has a combined kitchen and TV room, a bathroom with a shower, and a sleeping loft with a double bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace where there is the possibility to grill. The bathroom is equipped with a fully-tiled shower, and here you will also find the house's washing machine. In the TV room, there is a sofa bed with two sleeping accommodations and a dining table for up to 4 people.
