3 room apartment, 79 sqm for rent I am renting out my bright and spacious 3-room apartment of 79 sqm because I am going to study in another city. The apartment is located in a quiet and child-friendly area with a large playground and wading pool right next door. Within a 5-minute walk, there is also a nice nature reserve with walking trails and green areas. The nearest bus stop is less than 1 minute away. It is located just behind the house. The bus goes to Kista center and Akalla station, as well as to Spånga Station. The subway stations Tensta and Hjulsta are about a 10-minute walk away, with good connections to the rest of Stockholm. It takes about 6 minutes to cycle to Spånga Station.
