Close to Hemköp and the tram (Kortadela square or Runstavsgatan) to get easily to central Gothenburg (15 min) The apartment is furnished. The rent includes water and heating, internet. Electricity is extra and comes separately. There is a laundry room (new washing machines 2022). Easy to book - no hassle. Parking is available for rent for approx. 800sek. There are quiet neighbors, no parties at night, nice area. I feel comfortable here myself.
