Despite its small size, the residence has the potential to accommodate two people with separate sleeping areas if desired. A sleeping loft and a smaller bedroom are available. The house was built in the spring of 2016; the living area is 25 sqm on ground level and a loft of over 8 sqm. When the sun appears, you can enjoy the best south-facing position on the terrace where outdoor furniture is available. Sun protection is installed to limit light entry and visibility. Parking options are easily accessible on the street. If you are interested in gardening, there are a few planter boxes (4-6) that you can take over. The house is located in charming and central Solängen, an older residential area right by Mölndal center. From here, you can easily reach, for example, Chalmers/Handels by both bus and bicycle. Right around the corner, you'll find a pizzeria, sushi, bakery, and candy store. If you take a few more steps, you are at Mölndal's Galleria with a wide range of shops, delicacies, and public transport options. Monthly rent is 10,500 SEK, including electricity and water. Deposit is 10,000 SEK. Occupation from 1st July. Contracts are signed one year at a time. If you enjoy it, we are happy to extend them one year at a time. If the contract needs to be terminated during the agreed year, the notice period is 2 months. The residence is smoke-free and pet-free. Rented furnished (can be discussed), with a bed space (in the loft). Furniture has changed since the photos were taken, now there is a larger black leather sofa and a sturdy coffee table. He is hypoallergenic and social and moves freely on the property, so it's good if you're not afraid of dogs.
