Hello everyone! I am renting out my nice and well-planned apartment in Sköndal, 41 sqm for a year, with move-in from August 1st or by agreement. The apartment is rented out fully furnished and equipped – here is everything you need to just move in and feel comfortable right away. In the building, there is access to a sauna and relaxation room, and the area is quiet and pleasant with proximity to both nature and good communications. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Stockholm City, and around 30 minutes door to door by public transport. The rent is 12,000 SEK/month and includes wifi and electricity costs. One month's rent is taken as a deposit. To be able to rent, you need to be approved by the association's board, which requires a stable income.
