Summer cottage for rent 45 minutes from Stockholm, 40 minutes from Uppsala and 45 minutes from Norrtälje. Rented weekly, monthly or for the whole summer. The house is modern but small. The shed is furnished with a double bed/bunk bed and a single bed, toilet with urine-separated composting toilet with fan, sink and shower cabin with drainage but without running water, instead a camping shower. 15 m2. The plot is 2200 m2, lawn and a couple of trees. Parking for two cars, playhouse and swings as well as trampoline. 1 km to bus, 5 minutes by car to Gottröra church, gas station and convenience store. 45 minutes to Stockholm, 40 minutes to Uppsala, 45 minutes to Norrtälje, 30 minutes to Knivsta. Swimming within cycling distance, good berry and mushroom forests nearby, nearest neighbor is a horse farm.
