Hello, I am renting out my 2-room apartment of 41 sqm in Hammarbyhöjden for two months during April-May. The apartment is rented furnished. Electricity is included. Looking for a calm and tidy person or a couple with stable finances, smoke- and pet-free, who seeks accommodation for this limited period (flexible with exact dates). Must be able to provide references and work certificates or similar as well as a credit report. The Hammarbyhöjden green line subway is only 3 minutes from the residence (walking distance), close to grocery stores, gym, restaurants and cafés. Large green area a few minutes away as well as proximity to lakes and the Nacka nature reserve. The apartment is located in a quiet area with only 10 minutes by bike to Södermalm.
