The rental is 6 months to start with (with the possibility of extension) - It is available for rent immediately or by agreement on the move-in date - Electricity is not included but internet is included in the rent - 2 minutes walk from all the stores in town - 5-7 minutes to MDH (the university) - Rent 11,000:- per month Requirement: You need to have an income and preferably no blemishes (exceptions can be made if an employment contract is shown or another type of income or deposit and mainly it is most important for me that one is a well-behaved person who is decent.
