In a small apartment building, we conduct co-living for young adults. You rent a room and together with others you share a modern kitchen and fresh bathroom. In the pictures you can see two of the rooms we rent out and all rooms are bright with a lovely space (2.70 in ceiling height) equipped with fresh furniture in the form of a bed, desk, armchair and wardrobe etc. The house is located about 3 km from the city and a stone's throw from trams (2 and 4) and bus (757) that take you to Avenyn, Chalmers, Sahlgrenska and Linné in about 5 minutes. The rent is 5250 SEK and the rent includes furniture, wifi, water, electricity and heating.
