Briljantgatan, Västra Frölunda

I am renting out my apartment as I am going to move, the apartment is basically newly renovated. The kitchen is new, new floor and newly painted. Close to Frölunda square and convenient commuting into the city. Move in as soon as possible. One month's deposit upon signing the contract, three months' notice period unless we agree on something else. The contract is written open-ended. The apartment includes electricity, water, heating, parking is available at an extra cost. There is a storage room available. I also want to be honest in saying that I am trying to sell the apartment but it is going very slowly and I do not have any offers close to the level I can imagine selling at, but should one come up, I will accept it.
