You will share the apartment with our daughter Stina, who is doing her Master at Chalmers. Duplex apartment of 94 sqm in the quieter part of Tredje Långgatan and close to Järntorget, which is a hub for trams and buses. One block away, there are lots of nice restaurants and a grocery store. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a balcony and a living room. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with views over the sky and rooftops, as well as two toilets with showers. We are now renting out the second bedroom as our son has bought his own apartment. The room is about 20 sqm, a 140 cm wide bed, and 3 large wardrobes. There is a pleasant courtyard with outdoor furniture and a grill. Monthly rent 9800 SEK plus electricity, which is about 300 SEK/month. Deposit 10,000 and the first month's rent is paid at the signing of the contract. Continued rent payment in advance on the 25th of each month. The deposit is refunded on the day of moving out. Duplex on floors 3 and 4 of a total of 4 floors in the house.
